What is the standard delivery timeline for an order?
Most domestic orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. For customized ethnic wear, please allow an additional 3 days for tailoring and quality checks.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a unique tracking ID and a link to our courier partner's portal.
What is Shivshakti's return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags. Please note that customized or altered garments are not eligible for returns.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to digital photography and different screen resolutions, a slight variation of 5-10% in color may occur.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
